What do I need more of in my life?

Sometimes we need to delete things from our lives, but there are also times when it’s necessary to add things.  The answer to this question may require you to delete some things in order to gain.

What are my priorities at the moment?

Knowing what is truly important to you will allow you to live the life you desire.  We all have tasks and thoughts that pull us in a million directions.  Try to stop and consider what your focus should be at this moment.

Personally, I love learning.  Learning occurs every single day as we face challenges, make decisions, and simply live our lives.  Take a moment to consider what you learned.  You may have to take a few moments to discover the answer.

What is draining my energy?

Some days we need more time and energy.  Take a moment to reflect what the task or situation was that drained your energy.  Also, ask yourself “why.”

What inspires me? Where do I find inspiration?

The first thing that came to mind….Pinterest.  Take it a step further, what are you pinning that is inspirational?  Look for ways to implement those things into your day.

How can I add more joy into my day?

This type of joy is not fake.  Look at the items on your plate and I’m sure you’ll discover something that is stealing your joy.

How can I boost what I am currently doing?

Boost is defined as something to get a task finished, to make it better, or to get it done quicker.
